Greater flexibility often results in better outcomes.  We can move quickly and base decisions largely on liquidation value of the collateral provided.   Faster decisions mean you get funding quickly and can move on to your other business.  Our typical long term funding process takes 15-21 days to close.  We look to make sure market rents will cover the principal / interest payment, taxes and insurance plus a little extra income for the borrower.  We also do not report these loans to credit agencies!
